We are not publishing an article to explain the lease agreement. We are putting it up on our website so that you, the levy paying resident may make an informed decision when you vote on the implementation of levies.
Do not let the fools living among us intimidate you into voting for upgrades and repairs to property that will never belong to residents. All property owners made a choice to purchase on the estate and have the right to live at Pecanwood and to pay reasonable levies, not to maintain preferential lifestyle choices, but to pay for services that will ensure well maintained communal property.
No one in their right mind will pay for upgrades to their neighbours' properties and yet there are some who are prepared to pay thousands towards the maintenance and upgrading of property belonging to the Malaysian owned company Country Heights. The question is why? What are the kick backs being spread around for votes and contracts?
