Welcome to the Pecanwood Corruption Watch newsletter. We are a community based forum comprising of owners and residents of Pecanwood Estate. This is the place where we share information and update members of our group on the unethical and unlawful practices of the Pecanwood Homeowners Association (PHOA). Our estate levy is currently one of the highest, if not the most excessive, in the country and the PHOA expenditure continues to rise exponentially as if there is unlimited funding available through levies. Repeated attempts to get an explanation on the relevant expenditure items have either been ignored or nonsensical answers given.
