To Vote in Favour or To Vote Against - How Informed Residents Should Vote on The AGM Resolutions

Pecanwood Corruption Watch is advising Residents to Vote AGAINST the adoption of the Resolutions for the following items:

Vote AGAINST the appointment of the Auditors and their renumeration for the ensuing year. Pecanwood Corruption Watch does not consider the re-appointment of NettRand Auditors as advisable given their failure in the past few years to raise serious governance contraventions on the part of the Pecanwood Homeowners Association Board.
Vote AGAINST the adoption of the revised Code of Conduct. Pecanwood Corruption Watch has done a full article on this recently, "The Code of Conduct and the Violation of Constitutional Rights - Do Two Wrongs make a Right?".
